As we start 2022, changes are taking place at CILA. Our valued, respected, and enthusiastic Executive Director, Malcolm Hyde, has decided it is now time to step back and pass on the baton during the course of the coming year, leaving a vacancy in the position.
The Executive Director role at CILA is a key leadership position, delivering on our Charter objectives while motivating and supporting our committed and experienced Secretariat team. It is a challenging role requiring passion, enthusiasm, and commitment to our values, to engage across the activities of the Institute and facilitate our Executive Committee and Council.
The Institute prides itself on being the leading professional body for Claims professionals, providing qualifications and life-long educational support for members. The successful candidate for the Executive Director role will understand our members’ needs, the challenges they face and will support members through providing first-class educational material, qualifications and generating a sense of professional community.
