An EGM will be held online at 16:30 BST on Tuesday 6th July 2021 to propose and vote on changes to the CILA Bye-Laws and Charter. This will be subject to approval and possible minor amends of The Privy Council.
Members entitled to vote (Associates and Fellows) are requested to attend and to vote on these changes. Due to this EGM being hosted online we will be restricting attendees to voting members only.
This EGM will not replace the usual AGM which will be held as normal at the CILA Conference 2021.
Members entitled to vote (Associates and Fellows) can register for this event below. Voting members of CILA are members who hold Chartered or Associate and Fellow status only. You will be sent a link to a Teams meeting via email roughly 1 week before the event is due to take place.
Changes to Charter and Bye-Laws
A schedule of changes to the Charter and to the Bye-Laws can be obtained following the links on this page. Further, we have prepared a set of FAQs to assist our members with identification of the proposed changes and the rationale for the changes.
