The second webinar covers the period after proceedings have commenced and includes a wide range of topics such as; remedies available, preserving evidence, the role of the expert witness, disclosure and mediation.

In the final webinar Edwin Coe will focus on the run up to trial, dealing with witnesses and witness statements, identifying and utilising experts, the trial process and giving evidence, appeals and enforcement of judgments.
