Third Parties (Rights Against Insurers) Act 2010 - Explanatory Notes
The Third Parties (Rights against Insurers) Act 2010 received Royal Assent on 25 March 2010. These notes, prepared by MOJ, provide a useful and comprehensive review of the revised legislation, but they should be considered in conjunction with the full wording of the Act.
