28 April 2010...last Claims Management SIG Committee Meeting. A really productive and worthwhile meeting from two perspectives.

It provided us with an opportunity to meet our new sponsor, Fully Furnished, represented by Alec Watt. Alec gave us an informative presentation on the business.

The meeting also offered the chance to talk about the launch of the much anticipated CILA Cert qualification - 3 claims handling papers targeted at employees working within a claims management environment. I'm pleased to say that the Claims Management SIG will be supporting the launch with a round of roadshows taking place in a variety of locations during June.

My thanks also to Paul Handy of the Property SIG who attended our meeting providing additional support for the Cert launch.
