This paper looks at a question posed at the CILA Question Time event earlier this year:
CAR and EAR Single Project Policies contain as part of the definition of “Insured” the words "Sub-Contractors of any Tier". Why, despite the use of those words, are sub-contractors often not insured and should some other form of words be used?
