Major Loss Workshop
This scenario was enacted as a major loss workshop during the Liability sessions of the CILA SIG Conference. It was compiled to provoke thought and debate, and whilst it poses some technical questions on both legal and policy liability, a large part of the scenario relates to the investigation and management of a loss involving multiple claimants and injury, material damage and business interruption aspects. For those reasons no “answer” is provided.
