If you feel that you have a complaint about the conduct of a loss adjuster you can download a copy of the Institute’s complaints procedure.
Please note that the Institute has no jurisdiction concerning the settlement of insurance claims. If you have a complaint which concerns the settlement of a claim you should contact your insurance company, professional adviser or the Financial Ombudsman Bureau.
