LAGS
Submitted on 05 / June / 2007I recently attended the Spring Meeting of LAGS (the Loss Adjusters Golf Society). LAGS has been in existence since 1960. We enjoyed a virtually rain-free day but given the virtual drought in April we could not have complained in any event.
Numbers attending our meetings are down which is a shame but no doubt reflects the increasingly busy and stressful working lives of our members. There is quite a high degree of correlation between those who have been captains of LAGS and who have been honoured to act as President of our Institute (I believe I am now one of 11 to have fulfilled both roles).
LAGS offers an excellent opportunity to meet fellow professionals on a more informal basis, we encourage guests to attend and new members enjoy favourable rates. Why not contact our Secretary Iain Campbell whose details are on the Find a Loss Adjuster page of our website.
