FRIAR 2008 is an International Conference on Flood Recovery Innovation and Response organised by The University of Wolverhampton and Wessex Institute of Technology. This conference aims to bring together researchers and practitioners who are actively involved in the repair, reinstatement and resilience of flood damaged property. The goal is to identify and disseminate good practice in this area and cover research into appropriate flooding and property issues focusing on developing critical perspectives on the impact of flooding.
