Martyn Gabbitass ACII ACILA

Martyn Gabbitass is a Technical Director at QuestGates Ltd, where he heads QuestGates’ technical liability activities, in a ‘hands on’ role. He has training and development responsibilities both internally and externally, giving talks/training seminars to Clients and associated institute/industry bodies.

Martyn specialises in Liability Claims Handling across all disciplines with emphasis on Public Liability and Products, and also EL disease and catastrophic injury claims and in addition, Professional Indemnity, particularly across the construction industry professions and Insurance Brokers.

He is currently Chairman of CILA's Liability Specialist Interest Group, and is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

His interests include sport, travel and socialising with friends.
