David Toothill ACII FCILA
David Toothill works for Harris Balcombe where he has considerable knowledge of dealing with large and complex commercial losses. He specialises in Forestry and growing timber losses.
He has been a member of the Scottish CILA Committee since 2002 and a Council member since September 2009. He has also been involved with the Insurance Society of Edinburgh since 2000 and was President of the Society in 2006/07. David is currently a member of CII Representative Council
Outside of Loss Adjusting he enjoys playing golf and watching any sport.
