Ombudsman News - Issue 82
This month’s ombudsman news will be of interest to CILA members. A section of this issue is devoted to motor insurance and keys being left in vehicles. The decisions made relate to “unlocked and unattended” and reckless behaviour with reference to Sofi v Prudential Assurance. The cases referred to will provide excellent guidance to Loss Adjusters.
