shortleadmeetings.com is a new website aimed at bookers of meeting rooms and conference venues across the UK. We provide immediate availability results and some amazing deals.

For meeting bookers there is no registration fee or registration process and you are able to browse the site for new hotels and meeting venues as often as you like. In fact, the more often the better, as new venues and promotions are being posted everyday.

One promotion, called Free Friday, is currently being run by the following hotels:

These six conference venues have teamed up to offer free meeting rooms every Friday. The meeting room can be booked for a maximum of 14 people, for any period of the day, but the meeting must take place on a Friday. Tea and coffee are inclusive with additional catering being chargeable. Rooms are subject to availability of course and the offer only applies to the hotels listed above.

To book, just search for availability to hold a meeting room on any Friday at these six hotels, and quote Free Friday when you submit your enquiry.

There are other promotions currently running too, such as day delegate rates with many Hilton Hotels in the Home Counties area being just £25 inc. VAT.
