Fire Loss Report Forms

Following on from the previous announcement, the Loss Report Form has been updated and will be available for online submission from Monday 18th May. In addition to the opportunity to analyse loss data, once populated the database will be searchable by insurers and loss adjusting companies who have data in the system. Searches will be limited to only that data that the companies 'own' or have an interest in the claim.

In order to give access to the system to input the data the FPA will need to set up the necessary 'permissions' and therefore each of you requiring access will need to register their details by providing their name and contact details. These need to be submiited to the FPA who will be hosting the system. at enquiries@thefpa.co.uk You will then receive details of a dedicated secure direct access link.

Access to complete the forms will also be available via a link from the FPA website and also via the attached link (from 18th May) https://fpalargeloss.riscauthority.co.uk
