CILA Staff Join Adjusters for Site Visits

CILA's Jackie Chadwick and Rob Didcock recently each spent a day shadowing a loss adjuster as he undertook various site visits in South London.
The experience provided a valuable insight for those in the Secretariat into what loss adjusting involves on a day to day basis. Many thanks to Steve Phillips and Mike Egerton of Merlin Claims for their time and help.
