CILA ORDINARY MEMBERS AND CILA STUDENTS
If you are an Ordinary Member or Student preparing for the CILA examinations you will find the information on this page of assistance to you in your studies.
There is a syllabus for each subject of the examinations and this should be your guide on the areas you need to study. All syllabuses can be found in the Examination Handbook.
A Recommended Reading List has been prepared listing books and other publications which it is considered cover the syllabus. However you must appreciate that it is not necessary to read all the contents of every book on the list. You may also be able to identify other material which covers aspects of the syllabus. A law list can also be found on this site.
Technical Bulletins are issued periodically to all members. Whilst these are not related directly to the examinations they often contain information that may be relevant to a subject you are studying
