How do i join?
The following is a summary of the criteria for joining the Institute. Full details can be found in the Institute’s Charter and Bye Laws.
If You are Employed as an Independent Loss Adjuster
The first category of membership is Ordinary Member. Anyone who is working for an independent loss adjusting firm or company can apply for Ordinary Membership.

If You are not Employed as an Independent Loss Adjuster but you are working in Insurance Claims
If you are not employed as an independent loss adjuster you can enroll as a Student of the Institute, provided you are working in claims. If you are taking the Associateship examinations you will, upon completion, progress to Certified status. For those taking the Certificate the qualification is identical to that gained by Ordinary members. Using the link below you can download a copy of the Student application form.
